1. Siapa kami

Sini ("Sini", "kami") adalah platform hiburan — siaran langsung, drama pendek, berita, minigame, dan jejaring sosial — yang dioperasikan oleh Sini Platform, Singapore. Pertanyaan tentang privasi: [email protected].

2. Data yang kami kumpulkan

  • Data akun. Email, username, nama tampilan, bahasa, dan pengaturan akun. Kata sandi disimpan sebagai hash — kami tidak bisa membacanya.
  • Masuk dengan Google. Jika kamu memilih "Lanjut dengan Google", Google mengirimkan ID akun Google, alamat email beserta status verifikasinya, dan nama. Kami tidak meminta akses ke Gmail, Drive, kontak, kalender, atau data Google lainnya, dan tidak pernah menerima kata sandi Google-mu.
  • Passkey. Hanya kunci publik dari perangkatmu. Sidik jari, wajah, atau PIN tidak pernah meninggalkan perangkatmu.
  • Konten yang kamu buat. Foto profil dan sampul, bio, postingan, thread, reels, story, komentar, pesan langsung (termasuk pesan suara), chat siaran, reaksi, dan laporan. Metadata berkas — misalnya lokasi GPS foto — dibuang saat diunggah.
  • Transaksi. Pembelian koin, membership, gift, dan saldo iklan: jumlah, waktu, dan status pembayaran. Pembayaran QRIS diproses penyedia pembayaran; kami tidak menerima data kartu atau rekening pembayar.
  • Pencairan (streamer). Nama pemilik rekening, nama bank, dan nomor rekening (disimpan terenkripsi). Kami tidak mengumpulkan KTP, NIK, atau foto identitas.
  • Data teknis. Alamat IP dan jenis perangkat/browser per sesi masuk (untuk keamanan dan daftar perangkat aktif), log keamanan, laporan galat aplikasi, langganan notifikasi push, dan riwayat tontonan drama.
  • Cookie dan penyimpanan lokal. Cookie sesi untuk menjaga kamu tetap masuk, dan penyimpanan lokal browser untuk preferensi seperti tema dan suara. Kami tidak memakai cookie iklan pihak ketiga atau piksel pelacak.

3. Untuk apa data dipakai

  • Menjalankan layanan: akun, konten, chat, pesan, notifikasi, pembayaran, dan pencairan.
  • Keamanan: mencegah penipuan dan penyalahgunaan, verifikasi dua langkah, dan mencabut sesi.
  • Moderasi: menegakkan Syarat Layanan berdasarkan laporan dan aturan komunitas.
  • Iklan di Sini hanya disesuaikan dengan bahasa antarmuka. Kami tidak membuat profil minat, usia, atau lokasi untuk iklan; pengiklan hanya menerima jumlah tayangan dan klik secara agregat.
  • Memenuhi kewajiban hukum, termasuk pencatatan keuangan.

Kami tidak menjual data pribadimu.

4. Data dari Google

Data yang kami terima lewat Masuk dengan Google hanya dipakai untuk membuat atau mengenali akun Sini-mu dan menampilkan email Google yang tertaut di Pengaturan. Penggunaan dan pemindahan informasi yang diterima Sini dari Google API mematuhi Kebijakan Data Pengguna Layanan Google API, termasuk persyaratan Penggunaan Terbatas (Limited Use). Data ini tidak dipakai untuk iklan, tidak dijual, dan tidak dibagikan kecuali diperlukan untuk menjalankan layanan, keamanan, atau kewajiban hukum.

Kamu bisa memutus Google kapan saja di Pengaturan → Keamanan, dan mencabut akses Sini di myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Dengan siapa data dibagikan

Hanya dengan penyedia yang membantu kami menjalankan Sini, sebatas yang mereka perlukan:

  • penyedia hosting, penyimpanan berkas, dan jaringan pengiriman konten (CDN);
  • penyedia pembayaran QRIS (data tagihan);
  • penyedia email (alamat email dan isi email layanan);
  • layanan push browser (notifikasi ke perangkatmu — isi pesan langsung tidak pernah ikut);
  • Google, jika kamu memakai Masuk dengan Google;
  • penyedia infrastruktur video siaran dan penyedia konten drama — saat menonton, perangkatmu dapat terhubung langsung ke server mereka, sehingga mereka dapat melihat alamat IP-mu.

Konten publik (profil, postingan, chat siaran) dapat dilihat pengguna lain. Kami dapat mengungkapkan data bila diwajibkan hukum.

6. Penyimpanan dan keamanan

Data disimpan di server Singapore. Data rahasia seperti nomor rekening dienkripsi, dan seluruh koneksi memakai HTTPS. Tidak ada sistem yang sepenuhnya aman — beri tahu kami di [email protected] jika kamu menemukan celah keamanan.

7. Berapa lama data disimpan

  • Data akun disimpan selama akunmu aktif.
  • Saat akun dihapus, profil dianonimkan, berkas unggahan dihapus, semua sesi dicabut, serta passkey dan tautan Google dibuang. Catatan transaksi keuangan disimpan selama diwajibkan hukum.
  • Cadangan basis data dirotasi otomatis dan terhapus seiring waktu.
  • Story hilang setelah 24 jam.

8. Hak-hakmu

Sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, kamu berhak mengakses, memperbaiki, menghapus, dan meminta salinan data pribadimu, serta menarik persetujuan.

9. Anak-anak

Sini tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun. Pengguna di bawah 18 tahun memerlukan izin orang tua atau wali untuk melakukan pembelian.

10. Perubahan

Perubahan penting akan diumumkan di aplikasi sebelum berlaku. Tanggal pembaruan di bagian atas halaman ini menunjukkan versi terakhir.

1. Who we are

Sini ("Sini", "we") is an entertainment platform — live streaming, short dramas, news, minigames, and social networking — operated by coder, Singapore. Privacy questions: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Account data. Email, username, display name, language, and account settings. Passwords are stored as hashes — we cannot read them.
  • Sign in with Google. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google sends us your Google account ID, email address and its verification status, and your name. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data, and we never receive your Google password.
  • Passkeys. Only the public key from your device. Your fingerprint, face, or PIN never leaves your device.
  • Content you create. Profile and cover photos, bio, posts, threads, reels, stories, comments, direct messages (including voice messages), stream chat, reactions, and reports. File metadata — such as photo GPS location — is removed on upload.
  • Transactions. Purchases of coins, memberships, gifts, and ad credit: amount, time, and payment status. QRIS payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive card or payer bank details.
  • Payouts (streamers). Account holder name, bank name, and account number (stored encrypted). We do not collect ID cards, national ID numbers, or identity photos.
  • Technical data. IP address and device/browser type per signed-in session (for security and the active devices list), security logs, app error reports, push notification subscriptions, and drama watch history.
  • Cookies and local storage. Session cookies to keep you signed in, and browser local storage for preferences such as theme and sound. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

3. How we use data

  • To run the service: accounts, content, chat, messages, notifications, payments, and payouts.
  • Security: preventing fraud and abuse, two-step verification, and session revocation.
  • Moderation: enforcing the Terms of Service based on reports and community rules.
  • Ads on Sini are matched to the interface language only. We do not build interest, age, or location profiles for advertising; advertisers only receive aggregate impression and click counts.
  • To meet legal obligations, including financial record-keeping.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data from Google

Data we receive through Sign in with Google is used only to create or recognise your Sini account and to show the linked Google email in Settings. Sini's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared except as needed to run the service, for security, or to comply with the law.

You can disconnect Google at any time in Settings → Security, and revoke Sini's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Who we share data with

Only with providers that help us run Sini, limited to what they need:

  • hosting, file storage, and content delivery network (CDN) providers;
  • our QRIS payment provider (billing data);
  • our email provider (email address and service email content);
  • browser push services (notifications to your device — direct message content is never included);
  • Google, if you use Sign in with Google;
  • live video infrastructure and drama content providers — while watching, your device may connect directly to their servers, so they can see your IP address.

Public content (profile, posts, stream chat) is visible to other users. We may disclose data when required by law.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in Singapore. Secrets such as bank account numbers are encrypted, and all connections use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure — please tell us at [email protected] if you find a vulnerability.

7. Retention

  • Account data is kept while your account is active.
  • When you delete your account, your profile is anonymised, your uploads are deleted, all sessions are revoked, and passkeys and Google links are removed. Financial transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires.
  • Database backups are rotated automatically and expire over time.
  • Stories disappear after 24 hours.

8. Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent.

9. Children

Sini is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission to make purchases.

10. Changes

We will announce important changes in the app before they take effect. The update date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
